A USA customer asked us to reproduce a copper bell profile for a decorative and functional application. The bell needed a consistent wall thickness for sound quality and a finish that would age gracefully outdoors.
Material and tooling
We selected oxygen-free copper for formability and acoustic performance, then built a dedicated spinning mandrel matched to the bell’s profile. Tooling was tuned so each pass maintained even thickness from the crown to the lip.
