Equipment and inspection
The shop runs Trumpf laser cutting, CNC turning, CNC milling, a machining center, CNC bending, roll forming, laser welding, TIG welding and polishing.
Inspection tools include vernier calipers from 100 mm to 1000 mm, micrometers to 200 mm, a height gauge, an angle ruler, and a thickness gauge for powder coating. Every lot is checked against the drawing before it ships.
